WHS Group now Solar Equipment Distributors

Previously they used the name WHS Group, Midrand. What you see on the advert is not what you receive. I bought an inverter and battery combo. The inverter was new, although not what was advertised. The battery looks resprayed, have no packaging or information, and once installed, i pray it will work. The free delivery.. received a call from Courier guy, indicating the measurements given is different from package received, so I must pay R800 plus to get my solar panels released. I phoned them and ask how is it my problem and was asked to pay, forward proof and they will have the finance lady reimburse me tomorrow. Only it also never happens. The tracks and brackets.. i was invoiced for the correct item, but the two sets delivered was for a tile roof. Frustrated after more than 10 e-mails with no response. Doing installation today and will only know tomorrow if any of the other items works. Pls pray
