A dream to visit
We visited them for the second time this year and it is amazing. When you sit at any view point you most definitely will see wild life. We had pizza at the restaurant at the deck and it was delicious. Sorry to go home.

Awesome food and atmosphere.
We visited Dullstroom for the first time on our way home from the Kruger National Park. As you enter town they are situated on the right. The fibe was infectious. The hosts, Schalk and Michelle attentive. Service by Lerato very good. They do have items not on the menu. My husband could not finish the eishbein, which was a first. We will be back. Ask about dishes not on the menu. Michelles pizza combinations is innovative.

False advertising and very bad customer relations
Bought a shower door from Carrim in Van Der Hof road. Box and invoice display 900×900, but at time of installation it was found it is 870x870. When I phone, the sales manager inform me it is 870 and he cannot take it back, as I drilled it. It came pre drilled, the next was they cannot come and collect it, he don't have a truck available. The bottom line is, the door was sold as 900x900 and I am stuck with a 870x870.

Metropolitan : ************* employees and poor communication
I had a policy since 1991. During 2022 one of their consultants committed ***** and changed my cell phone number in order to get a new, high premium approved by one of her friends or herself. I had to submit an affidavit and was asked to approve the correct premium. Still waiting for sms, as it seems it went back to *****ulently added telephone number. After this was resolved, I resigned and informed them timeously to start deductions from my bank account. Big was my surprise when I was back to the incorrect amount again, after affidavits etc. I just send a msg to stop deducting *****ulent amount. After 33years, this is where my policy ends....

Excellent service Hollard
We had quite a big claim after our inverter and battery incurred damage after Pretoria Moot had been without electricity for several days in May 2023. It took some time, due to amount involved, but we were reimbursed and our new system is in and working. Thank you Hollard.

New solar installation done by Rou, Misha, Stefan. Very professional team that respect time. Work is very neat and every effort was made to assist with all information. System was explained in detail.
