Excellent Venue and Service
We hosted my son's 18th Birthday party at R&R Bistro. The owner went out of her way to accomodate us and we had the best service from Precious and Tumi. The food was outstanding with all the guest complimenting their choice from the menu. Beautiful and classy interior for everyone's taste and an excellent venue to host a party or workshop.

OUR FAVOURITE RESTAURANT
Good services, very nice atmosphere, delicious food at good prices, all over wonderful restaurant, perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner

**** poor service
Would not recommend. Abysmal service with prices ever increasing while portion sizes keep declining. Pizza was burnt and waiter only came every 30 minutes. Comparing against where they were 2 years ago, this place is heading down faster than the ANC government.

Disaster
Wow the worst experience ever, first non smoking not marked then drink order wrong no apology you will drink what we give you then food order wrong, waitress reckons she will will cut the steak and take off what should not be there. The manageress then tells us they had to build a smoking area for r100000, 00 then they bring a order of cut steak after we said no we do not want it anymore. The worst is in all this no appoly. We leaving and paid for all the wrong orders

Bad management and service
Bad service, blaming Mr Delivery for sending out frozen desserts, one guy (Jake) tells you to come get a dish as it was their mistake and then the manager calls you to say no they send it out frozen? Miss the previous guy (Jake) actually calmed your clients and you come and ***** it up....Its a cake? Why Frozen? Not impressed wont be ordering there again.
