If I can give zero stars I would. I subscribed with Metrofibre in May 2024. They contacted me in April we discussed the pricing as they showed on their website their cost in April, the call center advisor even confirmed the price. I had them install the device in May received my invoice and it was more than a R100 per month more than what they advertised and discussed after numerous unsuccessful emails to their finance department they finally got back to and told me that sorry the special ended in February 2024, I told them that nowhere on their website that it states the special and that their call Centre confirmed it was that amount, and they just said that is the price so I cancelled my subscription with them. Their email state that termination date was 31 May but my internet stopped working on the 22nd of May already and I had to find an alternative provider sooner, yet they charged me for June 2024, I have sent them numerous emails to correct this but was just ignored, and now a year later I am starting to get threating sms that they will hand me over if I don't pay them, but they ignore emails requesting feedback. They don't care about customer service, I have had calls last year to ask if I would like to activate my network with them and I say no they provide horrible service they just say ok and put the phone down, please think twice unless you like wrongful payment allocations and bad service and a company that does not care about their customers
Friendly and fast solving of claims
I received a call from Metrofibre on the 22nd of April to sign up after viewing their website that advertise still today R649 for 75mbps, received my first invoice from them R749, after about 5 emails they finally rep**** and said that was a special that ended in February, I mentioned to them that I received the call in April and that was the price they said and they just rep**** with sorry for the inconvenience but you will pay R749, but we will give the best service going forward. This is false advertising as it still shows on their website. I sent 2 emails to their complaints department, and no reply up until today. I sent my cancellation email Wednesday morning. Wednesday night my internet is completely down, then received a email from their cancelation department that says I will have service until the 31st of May, yet no internet at home, then they have the nerve to say they value their customers and hope I come back one day. Please think twice before signing up with them, they are very quick to sign you up but when you are unhappy with their service their is no person willing to come back to you.
Booked and paid for training with this company in 2022. they kept moving the training dates due to load shedding i have emailed the 4 times now for new dates and they are ignoring me. Looks like they are in the business to take people's money and not providing a service in return. They emailed the new managers email address he has read 2 of my emails and is still ignoring and taking our money

Good services, very nice atmosphere, delicious food at good prices, all over wonderful restaurant, perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner
We bought our vehicle from them last week, communication was n bit slow in the beginning as we had a very new salesman but it picked up and got very goos service from them in the end and they delivered and came through as promised. Would definitely go to them in the future and refer them.
We had a price lock agreement with MultiChoice in 2018, we struggled for multiple weeks to get it cancelled after the 12 period with them stating our notice is in one month and continued like that, we eventually got it cancelled end of 2018, beginning of 2019. Now in January 2022 we get a call from a debt collector and we are running a risk of getting a bad credit record. We have not had dstv for almost 2 years or heard anything from mulitichoice., We read up online and saw that they have issues with their billing system, and yet they still want to hand us over to a debt collector. This is ridiculous and unacceptable!!
FNB home loan department took excessively long releasing our house deed documents while we were selling our house. I had to phone them daily to complain and it ended up costing us an additional months installment and having to pay additional interest on the settlement amount. I would like FNB to explain the delay as it seems they purposely delay the paperwork to receive more interest from us. Highly disgusted, strongly considering moving both myself and my wife's private clients accounts to Nedbank.
