Excellent Client Service
Memory Oosthuizen again assisted me when I lost my income and thought that all was lost. She went out of her way to find a solution and her encouragement meant so much to me. She is an asset to the company and to us, the clients.

Excellent Venue and Service
We hosted my son's 18th Birthday party at R&R Bistro. The owner went out of her way to accomodate us and we had the best service from Precious and Tumi. The food was outstanding with all the guest complimenting their choice from the menu. Beautiful and classy interior for everyone's taste and an excellent venue to host a party or workshop.

Customer Service
I had a bad experience with a product purchased at a local grocery store. I called customer services at Douglasdale and Dimitri assisted me with excellent communication and service. I was offered complimentary products and Thabo delivered the products. What a nice person!!
