We will not make use of this company - we requested a quotation for 7 machines and had to wait more than a week to get something that resembles closesly - that being said we needed to call the agent "Zola" more than 7 times just to follow up, we eventually got a quote which was incorrect , we asked Zola for a contact number of which she rep**** she does not have one (Not sure how you can do business worth millions without a direct contact number) , proceeded to ask her if she is responsive on email and she rep**** "yes very" , once again we sent an email and here we are 8 days later no communication, we resolved to call in again asking for Anthony who is apparently the person answering the phone who promised to correct the quote and send the pictures of the machines 48 hours later and nothing , phoned in again to speak to anthony and made it known that , we don't do business like this , they are asking us close to 1 million rand and we need to beg for service and might look at other suppliers, the reply: "You can go look at other suppliers" - taking this adventure , We would not recommend anyone to do business with them, what would your site look like with this communication.....
Would not use them - called to have an enquiry and they direct you to send a email - what business is this? How do you expect people to trust your brand if you don't even have the time to talk over the phone - the lady literally said I can speak to her regarding plant hire and then says email her. She does not even know what I am looking for nor bothers to ask the questions. I would in my life not recommend this company. It makes sense why there are other people struggling and have written reviews - dodged a bullet, imagine what this companies communication would be like on the day of an event!
In my life have I never received such horrid service from the retention agent (Shoni) - you sir need to get another proffesion @Discovery get yourself a new agent before this gentlemen ruins your reputation. You are a liability and dishoner to the name of discovery insure! Next time maybe don't put the phone down whilst a client is talking to you. Fair warning to all clientele out there, if this person answer the phone ask to be transfered immediately, you will spare yourself a lot of frustration.
Had a urgent issue that needed to be sorted out after hours and could not get ahold of anyone so I went onto their portal and logged a ticket , now even after hours it took about 5 minutes and I was contacted by Jolandy , issue was sorted within the next 10 minutes , coming from a service department myself I could have not been more impressed by the level of service she gave, she will always be my go to person, I will gladly reffer friends and family!

Do not buy paint from them at all. Bought pre mixed paint from the Riviera store and was assisted by Andrew, by with the looks of things come over very friendly but there are cracks in the foundation. Came home grabbed a roller and started painting the room. Turns out the color/Texture was complete different to what we needed. We came into contact with Andrew and advised him that the paint was deffective as we added 3 coats and still the first layer was showing, after waiting almost a week, they returned to us and said the reason the paint is doing that is because we did not use an undercoat, which was never once mentioned in the sale of the paint ( Making the friendliness exactly only that because its all just a sale and no one really knows about the paint). After the week of endless photos they offered another 5L of which we refused as it is exactly the same paint and even getting more would be idiotic as we do not need 10 layers of paint on 1 wall just to get the transparency right. we opted for another color even offering to pay in the difference but to no avail as it is the suppliers and not them, which is the sad part as it is their own product, their own mixing. Now they want to charge us for an undercoat which will not rectify the situation, so yes just wanting another sale without solutions. I will never in my life purchase from them again and warn every member of the public of doing the same.
