☹Not happy with the service, the 1st day 20 min after installation the Inverter blew up... This already made me question the quality of goods they boasted about, Nonetheless they sorted this out the next day, and then we get told not to mess around in the settings because you can damage something like the battery etc. This company Solar Homepower 101 (Hans) searched for a Random a Solar installer in my area. Funnily this electrician was one of my clients. The workmanship was not great this guys had to come back three times , I complained to Solar Homepower 101 (Hans) that there was still lose electrical wiring and its can cause a fire, his rude response was “don’t I know how to use a F….King *****driver?”. So he wants me to go fiddle around on the DB box on Live wire. Every time I contact this guy he says I should learn the Manuel but I was told not to mess with the settings in the 1st place. But they are connected to my system remotely and keep changing settings. So this means they could actually create an issue or damage your battery or depreciate it faster because I went through a video phone call with Hans telling me what to press and where to go for the initial setup, him telling me the battery will discharge until 80% and bla bla bla , this is not my field . So all was well for a while, and then I wake up at 4am with an alarm. This system just switched off, the battery is full and the power is off, I get this error code “F” I researched and checked the Manual And it said nothing about this error. I switched everything off and back on then the power came back on. Sins that it’s been using more battery power so I contacted Solar Homepower 101 (Hans) via Voice message on Saturday. He responded on Sunday swearing at me and telling me to learn my system and moaning as to why I am bugging him on a weekend . I sent him A Voice Message . I did not Phone him , in fact I never phone him but I do send messages if I experience a fault so that he is aware and I have let him know . whether he chooses to react over the weekend is his problem , he could just get back to me on Monday about an issue I reported for reference instead of voicing me back and swearing and insulting me , This company is a Joke, this Solar Homepower 101 (Hans) threatens me with messages “you don’t know who you’re dealing with “.. “You’re messing with the wrong dude “, trying to intimidate me, I do not recommend this company or its staff. The agreed amount of Kilowatts I was supposed to get I never got, So I insisted he install 2 more panels so I can get more power and he came out and installed 2 panels badly he left wires exposed in the sun , damaged my front gate and wall and still moans about having to put the two panels on but still I have never seen more than 3.8k on a 5k system I paid for. Solar Homepower 101 (Hans) has not paid for property Damage when he had to tow his car out of my driveway and crashed into my front wall. And remember when you Buy System make sure you get at least 3 more opinions on that system and all the details you can. Buying a solar 550 watt panel will not give you 550 watt at all. Solar Homepower 101 (Hans) reasoning is they will install a shabby system and you must become an electrician and a solar expert to maintain their system because they don’t care about their clients. That’s like telling me to become a doctor instead of going to one. Solar Homepower 101 (Hans) Said he won’t help me because he had to put 2 more panels that still doesn’t give the promised and agreed upon voltage I was guaranteed at direct sunlight. I can go on but I think you get the picture. Do not use this company!!. Solar Homepower 101 (Hans) is very rude every second word is F this and F that and I am f ing this and f ing that. Terrible experience and service. I need to get builders out, electrician and Solar people to fix up Solar Homepower 101 (Hans) mess when I bring all this to his attention he tell me to go read a manual.
