So we get reviewed by someone we don't even know we get an email saying someone left a 1 star review and cant read everything that's been said ,When then login to Hellopeter to defend ourselves we get a message saying we cannot access our account unless we pay ??? we did not ask to have any reviews posted about our company ,we did not ask for hellopeter and now they trying to force people to pay for false reviews. This Has happens to many businesses being ****med into paying for nothing.

Bad workmanship and no Customer Care
Not happy , numerous issues, worst part is my roof leaks and the solar panels they installed trip the earth leakage as soon as it rains. So i have to run it with the panels off . I don't even have a written guarantee for the battery, The other issues like damaging my wall inside the house and crashing into my outside gate where sorted by the owner of this company (barley covered materials alone). but the actual product and the workmanship is very bad i do not recommend them i have complained numerous times and all i get is excuses and then Blocked. He subbed half the installation to some local guy as well and its all a disaster. You guys are more than welcome to contact me for picks

DO NOT ENTERTAIN THIS COMPANY When you get an email saying someone rated you and you want to reply , you get a page from hello peter saying you must pay first? What the hell is that , I cannot reply unless I pay hello peter for someone else reviewing my company. I did not ask to join or agree to pay anything other people rate us on there site, In-fact they should pay to rate someone on hellopeter that way its genuine, but Hellopeter do it the gangster way!. They are ****ming people with false reviews and entrapment and ******ion, That's just wrong I advice all of you to not entertain these Gangsters and cancel your forced accounts dont be victimized by them.

No Customer Support or Service
☹Not happy with the service, the 1st day 20 min after installation the Inverter blew up... This already made me question the quality of goods they boasted about, Nonetheless they sorted this out the next day, and then we get told not to mess around in the settings because you can damage something like the battery etc. This company Solar Homepower 101 (Hans) searched for a Random a Solar installer in my area. Funnily this electrician was one of my clients. The workmanship was not great this guys had to come back three times , I complained to Solar Homepower 101 (Hans) that there was still lose electrical wiring and its can cause a fire, his rude response was “don’t I know how to use a F….King *****driver?”. So he wants me to go fiddle around on the DB box on Live wire. Every time I contact this guy he says I should learn the Manuel but I was told not to mess with the settings in the 1st place. But they are connected to my system remotely and keep changing settings. So this means they could actually create an issue or damage your battery or depreciate it faster because I went through a video phone call with Hans telling me what to press and where to go for the initial setup, him telling me the battery will discharge until 80% and bla bla bla , this is not my field . So all was well for a while, and then I wake up at 4am with an alarm. This system just switched off, the battery is full and the power is off, I get this error code “F” I researched and checked the Manual And it said nothing about this error. I switched everything off and back on then the power came back on. Sins that it’s been using more battery power so I contacted Solar Homepower 101 (Hans) via Voice message on Saturday. He responded on Sunday swearing at me and telling me to learn my system and moaning as to why I am bugging him on a weekend . I sent him A Voice Message . I did not Phone him , in fact I never phone him but I do send messages if I experience a fault so that he is aware and I have let him know . whether he chooses to react over the weekend is his problem , he could just get back to me on Monday about an issue I reported for reference instead of voicing me back and swearing and insulting me , This company is a Joke, this Solar Homepower 101 (Hans) threatens me with messages “you don’t know who you’re dealing with “.. “You’re messing with the wrong dude “, trying to intimidate me, I do not recommend this company or its staff. The agreed amount of Kilowatts I was supposed to get I never got, So I insisted he install 2 more panels so I can get more power and he came out and installed 2 panels badly he left wires exposed in the sun , damaged my front gate and wall and still moans about having to put the two panels on but still I have never seen more than 3.8k on a 5k system I paid for. Solar Homepower 101 (Hans) has not paid for property Damage when he had to tow his car out of my driveway and crashed into my front wall. And remember when you Buy System make sure you get at least 3 more opinions on that system and all the details you can. Buying a solar 550 watt panel will not give you 550 watt at all. Solar Homepower 101 (Hans) reasoning is they will install a shabby system and you must become an electrician and a solar expert to maintain their system because they don’t care about their clients. That’s like telling me to become a doctor instead of going to one. Solar Homepower 101 (Hans) Said he won’t help me because he had to put 2 more panels that still doesn’t give the promised and agreed upon voltage I was guaranteed at direct sunlight. I can go on but I think you get the picture. Do not use this company!!. Solar Homepower 101 (Hans) is very rude every second word is F this and F that and I am f ing this and f ing that. Terrible experience and service. I need to get builders out, electrician and Solar people to fix up Solar Homepower 101 (Hans) mess when I bring all this to his attention he tell me to go read a manual.

********* sale of a house
Very Disappointed I would not recommend them at all the entire sale was ********* there where major problems that where kept from us that we only found out after we signed ,Azelle was the agent who failed to mention that the area has a massive power and water supply problem over and above the excessive load shedding. She advertised this house as a good place to run a business from home. this was one of the reasons we bought , We then asked her about wanting to turn the property into a guest house and asked her to find out , Then we get told that there is a septic tank that was not mentioned before we signed. The Damages we found after the house was vacated have just been brushed off and ignored, not even the pool pump is mentioned in the electrical certificate and it’s not even earthed ... when we complain to her she tells us to complain to the attorneys. But they did not sell us the house. We even have termite damage. Seems this company are only interested in the commission they do not deserve. We have photos of all the masked damages that where not mentioned as well. Sad we have to now endure and spend a fortune to get to what she was falsely selling. We even tried to cancel before the deeds office. But got threatened with a whole lot of legal disclaimers .I don’t recommend Harcourt’s as they don’t deliver and don’t care.

Rouge Ripoffs
The Owner quoted me R5k to do an oil change on my cars gearbox; he then said that the Lady who was working in reception would confirm the quote... Well she had no clue what speed the gearbox was and also did not bother to get back to me with the quote... Eventually I called them 3 times to get the quote on my car. They Gave me a quote for R10350 ... to change the oil and fit a new fuel filter... I moaned about why has the price doubled and she told me allot of garbage. So I asked her to itemize the bill so I can see why it’s so expensive. They were going to charge me 6 hours labour to do the oil change and another Hour labour to change the fuel filter... Witch could have been changed while the oil was being drained... they basically 400mm apart from each other... When I queried this as to why they were trying to rip me off. They then deleted the written quote they sent me on WhatsApp and then told me the parts will not be available anytime soon. Then they just ignored me!! I then went off to see for myself if the parts are not available and found all the parts I needed OEM parts as well the gearbox sump was R1800 and the fuel filter was R600 . The oil was R2000 I then asked another mechanic how long it takes to do this entire job... Well he did it in less than 2 hours that included back brake pads. He charged me R750 so total Job done cost me R5150... Be aware of these rogues they are rip-offs 5K difference is just daylight robbery I’m so glad I did not fall for that trap.

Paid Insurance for Harassment
I bought a TV through Hi-Finance, they insisted that i would have to take out insurance to cover me for retrenchment or theft . I agreed and Got the TV.<br> A year Later I got retrenched my account was fully Paid up , I went to the Branch and told them i got retrenched and they said i needed an affidavit and a retrenchment letter , witch i gave them. So after handing in all the Paper work and details she will submit the claim and i will hear from them in a week or so but i am covered so no need for worry.<br> I hear nothing from them for about 6 months then i get the calls... from debt collectors telling me my account has not been paid. the insurance are supposed to Cover me wile not employed??. so i tel them the whole story and how i put in the claim at the time and my account was always paid up on-time till i put in the claim. they say OK no problem they will make a note of this. 2 years they still call me every week for money and make notes now i just swear at them kill the line since that my TV was stolen about 3 months ago and i haven't bothered with any more claims because its pointless so i have paid money and lost the TV anyway.
