Pretend solar power installers

A warning to all who decide to take the plunge and make major sacrifices to install solar power - Do not use Solar Squared!!! This business is so poorly run, there were significant delays with delivering the stock and they still delivered incorrect items 3 times. The installation team showed up late and with no equipment and had to borrow ours to conduct the installation. Despite numerous calls and complaints to the "COO" Matthew Rolston, all we received were excuses and defensive explanations with zero accountability. He did not even attend the site to rectify or alleviate the pathetic service. The capital outlay for solar power demands a certain level of service which this company does not have. For your own sanity, do not consider this supplier. They are just face value with no follow through on knowledge or service.
