Poor service: SOLAR SURE.
Solar Sure distributors installed a solar geyser with electrical backup at our guesthouse on 9/3/2023. The geyser never worked properly, mainly because the installer never showed us how to set the timer. After numerous calls for assistance, he just refuses to come out and assist us. There is no customer service at all.

22 May 2023, 11:35 Solar Sure did installed a solar geyser at the Farmhouse Quest House on 9th March 2023. We also installed a Geyserwise TSE Controller to assist the solar geyser in rainy/cloudy, cold days. We showed the client and her assistant how the Geyserwise is working and gave the client the manual and send the client an instruction video. The client then replied that the video is too fast for her. We showed her and her assistant numerous times how it is working, how to operate it.
The client did not want us to set the timers on the Geyserwise Controller, the client wants the geyser only to work with solar (uv rays). We informed the client that the timers are needed as they are operating a quest house to make sure the water is hot when needed. The client refuses.
On the client instructions the Geyserwise was hide behind a cupboard, the old geyser room.
After calls from the client, we were 3 times there on different occasions, to assist them again with the Geyserwise, showed them again how it is working.
On 22nd April 2023 we re-position the Geyserwise on our request to make it easier for the client to get access to it because it was installed on the client’s request behind a cupboard.
That is why the Geyserwise Controller is installed but the client doesn't want to use it!!!
We found that the client switches the main breaker of the Geyser OFF every night! The Electrical back up / Geyserwise can’t operate when the main breaker is switched off.
The client does not want to use the Geyserwise Controller/Electrical back up.
