I have a maintenance contract which I have signed 08/2011. The contract states that a representative will service the geyser every 12 months. I can count the number of times they have been at my house, off my one hand. That's after I have called them each time enquiring "What the debit order was actually for ?". It is a mission getting hold of them. SOLARTECH, If I want to make donations, I will look for a deserving CHARITY ! I will be canceling the debit order. No more R116 p/m donations !
