FINAL NOTICE CHARGE
On my latest account there is a "FNAL NOTICE" charge for R238.78 .I'm absolutely stunned. My account is not arrears, as a matter of fact the account is paid in advance. What's next ?!

Bad Service
I have a maintenance contract which I have signed 08/2011. The contract states that a representative will service the geyser every 12 months. I can count the number of times they have been at my house, off my one hand. That's after I have called them each time enquiring "What the debit order was actually for ?". It is a mission getting hold of them. SOLARTECH, If I want to make donations, I will look for a deserving CHARITY ! I will be canceling the debit order. No more R114 p/m donations!

BAD Servicer
My router stopped working on the 10th of September. I first called them on the 12th about the problem. They promised to replace the router. Didn't hear from them. Called a week later, same story. Phoned again, nothing happened. Got fed-up and cancelled the service on the 30th. I don't know if they actually cancelled the service, but they had the audacity to take R499 from my account on the 4th of October, after I was only able to use the service for 10 days ! I tried to get hold of them, buy I'm just been but on hold !!!

Estee Lauder
Hi. I'm extremely frustrated. I have ordered 2 items from Estee Lauder and only received one. I'm not getting any feedback from them. I feel I've been robbed of over R1000. When you buy and pay for products online, you trust you will receive the items you have been billed for 🤬

100 % WASTE
They had these 100% percent off deals. Before I could check-out ,the items were removed from my card - NO Warning !!!!. I sat for hours watching these deals coming available. What waste of time. Thanks for NOTHING !!!!!
