Disappointed.

I ordered 6 solar panels online and paid R3800 for shipping. After paying, they told me that shipping is at my risk. One solar panel arrived broken. The damage appears to have taken place before shipping, but they insist it happened during shipping. They sent me video footage of packing, but one cannot prove or disprove anything from it since the quality is poor and also there are inconsistencies in the video clips. They paid back a small amount of the replacement panel (less than 20% of replacing the panel).
