Beware of poor workmanship and vehicle damage

I am extremely disappointed at this supplier. They installed smash & grab and sell installation vouchers via Groupon. This particular vehicle was the third vehicle I have had done by them, with my previous installations being in Oct 2014 and two more recent ones. I was impressed with the work and the customer service ethic previously, however, it seems from their attitude that Solashayde are now prepared to lose a loyal customer. <br> <br> They did an installation on my brand new car on Wed 30 Sep 2015. Whilst having my car washed on the afternoon of Sat 10 Oct, the car wash guy pointed out some damage to window rubbers and the drivers door panel trim. This was communicated to Jeff at Solashayde on Mon 12 Oct 2015. He committed to going out to inspect the damage at my home the next day, which he subsequently did. <br> <br> I then heard nothing back from him. I called him on Fri morning 16 Oct 2015, to get some feedback. He then told me over the phone that he was speaking to the insurers and waiting for some quotes from VW. During this conversation the phone cut. <br> <br> A few minutes later I then received an email informing me to contact the dealership and to get a response from them. Passing the buck
