Gives internet shopping a bad taste in your mouth

<p>Ordered the "special offer" for teeth whitening at the end of October2016.</p> <p>Small print - 349 per product. I phone helpline immediately speka to a forgein lady on a 087 helpline number? Get refunded for half amount  as  I wanted to cancel.  </p> <p>But 19 December 2016, many phone calls, visits to post office and frustration I still have no product.</p> <p>Stephanie, foreign lady at helpline was the end for today. I apparantly like ALL their other customers must beable to get my product at my local post office with my name OR shipping number as they do not work with tracking numbers.</p> <p>I am at a  dead end. There is no other number except this helpline that is manned  by forgeiners, no email address? At my witt's end. </p> <p>Will never order another thing except shoes form Zando on the internet.  That is an online shopping experience that is only but a pleasure</p> <p> </p>
