Solis inverter not compatable with batteries as claimed by Solis

As installer, I've been struggling for about 5 months to get Solis to ensure compatibility with batteries purchased (which Solis said initially is compatible with their inverter). Both batteries were checked and inverter even temporary replaced (including many other checks). Still awaiting Solis overseas manufacturer to resolve (as local support went nowhere except to replace temporary with same unit that did not resolve it). In short, Solis inverter communication is not compatible with batteries they said it is. I've now requested that they replace inverter (which Solis claimed to be compatible) with another type that is compatible. The Solis case nr is [#821758], and Solis local support attempted many times to close it without checking to confirm or solving problem.
