Poor installation and arrogant after sales support
Shoddy installation. Leaking terribly. Encountered disgusting arrogance when dealing with the owner (Rudi) to fix their pathetic installation.
Have asked to rather have the product removed entirely and to be re-reimbursed - I would prefer not to conduct business with people who operate like this

02 Feb 2021, 10:59Out of 100 clients, you will always find one person like this. Give them gold and they will complain that it's not shiny enough. We received a complaint on the 30th that the pool heating system sprung a leak. Phoned this morning to arrange the free repairs. That's good service, don't you agree.

Right - lets go by the book - just on the last 36 hours
An email was sent by the people who contracted you to do the pool - over the weekend - stating that your installation was leaking - badly! - not only did you not bother to read the email - but it took me then phoning you directly later the following to find out if the query had even been seen. Which it hadn't
You then asked me for a few hours where you could read the email - and follow up with your crew. You then told me you would phone me later that day, to organize for the guys to fix your installation.
Big surprise - you didn't phone me yesterday - instead you, as a business owner, think its okay to phone people at 8 am, the morning of - to say that the crew will be outside me door in 5 minutes - does this time work for me?
Given that I also have a life with other commitments - not, 5 minutes pre-warning the day of - DOES NOT work for me - but again, without complaint, I catered for you
After pushing out my immediate meetings aside to cater for you and your lack of decorum - I ambled around the garden for 35 minutes waiting for you crew who was 5 minutes away ... before my 9am meetings started I then phoned you to find out where you were, because I wouldn't be able to open for you anymore as I would need to be off site
"We went to the wrong address, the guys will be there when they are there- I cant schedule a time for you- stop being difficult"
You didn't phone me to tell me about your lack of ability to send your employees to the correct place. You didn't phone to reschedule a time - you just assumed my day was here for your disposal - because you are arrogant. You also left it to your customer to figure out where the hell your staff were - again, because you are arrogant.
When I then tried to explain to you why I only had a very small window TODAY where I could tend to this issue with your staff - YOU HUNG UP ON ME - after calling me difficult
All one has to do is look at the other reviews of your company and the pathetic responses you've had to your "customers" - "its a smear campaign, its a smear campaign" - do you honestly think you and your ****ty little company are important enough for normal people to take time out of their days to smear your name?
