*********, unprofessional and Fristrating to deal with!

Very unprofessional staff with poor communication and no sense of ethics. Complaints are ignored, and issues such as constant noise in the corridors caused by other residents are never addressed. It’s basically the same as a student accommodation.

I cancelled my lease a few months before its end date and was unfairly charged unreasonable cancellation fees, essentially the full rent amount times number of remaining months - despite the fact that a new tenant had already moved into my unit. The lease clearly states that once the unit is occupied, no cancellation fees apply. However, I was still forced to pay those fees along with other unjustified charges.

This behavior goes directly against the terms of the lease and shows that the company prioritizes exploiting tenants for financial gain. I strongly advise against entering into any agreement with Solo Properties, as the experience is frustrating, *********, and deeply unprofessional. Unless you don’t mind dealing with frustration of course.
