So I placed an order online early yesterday morning that indicated it was on sale and in stock, hoping to receive it by tomorrow. I paid via secure EFT, meaning they received the money immediately. I received my confirmation email, complete with a tracking number for The Courier Guy. I was happy because I knew I would receive it before Christmas. Couple of minutes later, I receive a whatsapp saying the item I ordered is no longer in stock, can they send me a similar product of the same value? What the heck? I already have a tracking number?? But no, no stock, sorry! So I request a refund because I want the exact product and not something else, I give my banking details, and I am told via whatsapp that their accountant will contact me. This was 9:30 yesterday morning. So I phone them twice during the day, requesting my refund and am told every time they will phone me back. No such thing. I need the money, I need to make another plan!!!
Yesterday after 4pm I receive an EMAIL requesting to state my order number, bank details, and the reason for the refund. Excuse me? Now I am just starting to get ****ed off! You know the reason for the refund!!! Just give me back my money!!! I need to make alternative arrangements for a present for my husband, but I cannot do anything without the money!!!
My advice to you, rather do not order from them. Incorrect information on their website regarding stock availability. Unreliable, very very poor customer service!!!
