Outsurance first selected a servicr provider in another town, but after informing them that travelling would be an issue, they assisted us in selecting a service provider closer to home.
So I placed an order online early yesterday morning that indicated it was on sale and in stock, hoping to receive it by tomorrow. I paid via secure EFT, meaning they received the money immediately. I received my confirmation email, complete with a tracking number for The Courier Guy. I was happy because I knew I would receive it before Christmas. Couple of minutes later, I receive a whatsapp saying the item I ordered is no longer in stock, can they send me a similar product of the same value? What the heck? I already have a tracking number?? But no, no stock, sorry! So I request a refund because I want the exact product and not something else, I give my banking details, and I am told via whatsapp that their accountant will contact me. This was 9:30 yesterday morning. So I phone them twice during the day, requesting my refund and am told every time they will phone me back. No such thing. I need the money, I need to make another plan!!! Yesterday after 4pm I receive an EMAIL requesting to state my order number, bank details, and the reason for the refund. Excuse me? Now I am just starting to get ****ed off! You know the reason for the refund!!! Just give me back my money!!! I need to make alternative arrangements for a present for my husband, but I cannot do anything without the money!!! My advice to you, rather do not order from them. Incorrect information on their website regarding stock availability. Unreliable, very very poor customer service!!!
My mother passed away in July and I had to sell her vehicle. I decided to register the vehicle on Weelee It, and Wayne, the person assigned to my application on Weelee It, was in contact with me through the entire process. I received an offer, and went to the dealer once I received the NATIS documents for the car. I took leave from work and travelled all the way from Limpopo to Gauteng. The original dealer who won the bid, did not live up to their offer, so I declined it. Wayne instantly, like within 15minutes, organized another dealer to view the car and they made me a reasonable offer and the car was sold! Thank you so much to Wayne from Weelee It for his exceptional and helpful service!!!
<p>Dstv does not even deserve 1 star. We have the Explora decoder on the price lock contract. Eversince we got it, Boxoffice has never worked. We have phoned numerous times, drove 120km back and forth to a multichoice office, paid techs to come to our home, called the call centre, tested signal strengths, the works. Calls have been escelated,no one has phoned back, and still no one can give us an answer. When we try to rent, we only receive a confirmation message on the cellphone, but the movie never becomes available to watch. It goes off from the account that is paid by debit order, so we pay for movies we cant watch. Dstv is stealing our money. Paying for fuel to drive to multichoice over and over, paying for airtime to phone over and over! They are in breach of contract because we are paying for a product that does not even work. Can someone please respond!!!!! </p>
