Somerset sorbet

Had a bikini wax. It was not done properly. Phoned and was told that it would be redone. I went back today and it was redone and was told I had to pay for it. No one explained to me that it needed to be done within 2 days. I am very disappointed how this whole situation was handled. I had my own salon in Northcliff for 20 years and this is not how I would have handled my clients. I will not go back to Sorbet. When I got back home my brand new white leggings were full of wax.
