Something Sassy Lingerie - buying online

What a joke of a brand. Here is some great advice, do not waste your time trying to buy online with this brand. If you see their item in a store then go for it. But dealing with them online is a nightmare!

Only half my order arrived and the half that did arrive was incorrect. Took a week for them to decide on a refund, they then picked up the product. Then it took a month of me following up every few days to get my money back. It was a painful experience. and I never got a decent apology in the end :(

She doesn't have any care whats so ever of her brand image and potential clients so I can't imagine any care being put into the quality of her product either.

A sad brand with no passion to deliver a good product.
