I'm not sure if customer support exists. For the last 3 days I have spent around 25min trying to get through. I have tried both of their numbers. No-one ever picks up :(
Activation has been extremely slow! The line was already installed by the previous tenants, so half the work was done and it should only have required activation. Yet, two weeks later, it seems they are only now attempting to activate the line. We are already on the third customer support representative, and each day brings a different explanation. There is no sense of urgency or clear communication as to why the process is taking so long.
Myself, as well as others, have been battling for months as their developers constantly try to resolve the importing of bank feeds issue. With FNB there are always issues importing bank feeds :( :( :(
Terrible customer support! The online store's customer support was very disappointing. The shoes I ordered were the wrong size because they don't use South African sizes on their website. I had to pay for the return courier, which was already strange as other big online stores arrange pickups. Getting a refund required multiple emails and phone calls. I actually thought for a second that this might be a **** website cos' of the lack of response and helpfulness. It's clear they don't prioritize customer service.
Over 3 months and still no delivery. I don't get any response from emails, social media, or any of their help center options. There is an option to request a refund but they deduct the delivery fee. It seems crazy that I would be paying for nothing. Aliexpress.. how can your customers reach you and find out what's happening to their deliveries?
Be careful, they don't have automated backups on your hosting, so you need to remember to backup manually yourself. I have no idea why backups are not included. Xneelo, Go Daddy and most of companies have it included.

What a joke of a brand. Here is some great advice, do not waste your time trying to buy online with this brand. If you see their item in a store then go for it. But dealing with them online is a nightmare! Only half my order arrived and the half that did arrive was incorrect. Took a week for them to decide on a refund, they then picked up the product. Then it took a month of me following up every few days to get my money back. It was a painful experience. and I never got a decent apology in the end :( She doesn't have any care whats so ever of her brand image and potential clients so I can't imagine any care being put into the quality of her product either. A sad brand with no passion to deliver a good product.
