My account has been debited without my permission

Every month there has been debits going off my bank account to the values of R147.00 from SOMU EM-3695830-5, R90.00 from ISPB EM-3695830-3, R77.00 from PHOB EM-3695830-6, and R59.00 from MILC EM-3695830-4. i have not authorised these and am ready and willing to take further action if my bank account isn't refunded with these amounts.
