Unauthorised debit orders
I once applied for a telkom contract and i was told it was unsuccessful but to my suprise i saw an sms informing me that i have been successfully subscribed to SOMU-MS which makes my life a living hell by deducting my money...please help me...i did not authorise this.

One more 'Sell phone' story
So yet again we are fed the story that one of their agents phoned the account holder who agreed to take a R100 voucher for music every month. The voucher would be sent by SMS.<br> There's only a few problems with this story - the account holder is 85 years old, never authorised this, and never receives the SMS.<br> When I phoned to query the transactions, I was told it would take 3 - 5 days to get a transcript of the recording - not the recording itself.<br> Why are these people allowed to continue to do business in this country?

My account has been debited without my permission
Every month there has been debits going off my bank account to the values of R147.00 from SOMU EM-3695830-5, R90.00 from ISPB EM-3695830-3, R77.00 from PHOB EM-3695830-6, and R59.00 from MILC EM-3695830-4. i have not authorised these and am ready and willing to take further action if my bank account isn't refunded with these amounts.
