Firstly driver called saying he's coming to deliver I waited for him only to find out that he left my order and he advised me to wait outside and it's cold and I'm under medical condition, I waited 15min then the restaurant called me to say driver said I must go back to my place he will call when out outside and I asked how is he gonna call cos he doesn't have a phone that's why he advised me to wait outside lekau and Rachel store manager said they will borrow him a phone. I called again after 1h45min they were rude to me and didn't want to give me a chance to talk about how I feel about the whole situation. The driver came at 23h05 and still came with my order short.... What do I do about this situation cos here I was ****** and insulted?
I would like to that you for the poor service that you gave me. I payed as per your 1000 SMS that you were sending me only to find out that I wasting my time. You guys captured my details wrong from your system. You activated my device and it only worked for an hour suddenly I have to log a call, keep in mind that I'm the first time client and the experience is very poor already. Can you kindly fix this router or come take it I'm fed up already. I'll continue with Rain... Your method of communication is very poor I can't be texting different people but not of them is coming with a solution. Strong training is needed for your stuff. And don't think I'm always available when you feel like you did the time of installation. I've been calling your agent and the guy who came to install but non of them is available to assist me same as the guys on WhatsApp chat. I'm gonna escalate this matter you playing with me here you can't give me a device that is faulty and not fix it after I payed.

Yesterday I bought braai pack only to find out there's a piece that is rotten inside, I've been sending emails but no feedback... Why you guys doing this? What must I do with this rotten braai pack???
Please take me out of this thing I don't need it you busy taking my money from my bank account for no reason. It's the second time now.
