A company that shows no care and respect to family
A company that shows no care for those left behind. I never received service as bad as what I received from the Midstream branch of this company. A company that is suppose to help the people left behind showed zero care. They did not deliver on what was paid for, for the memorial stuff arrived basically as the proceedings started. Was not even given the decency on a single days notification to the cremation of our loved one just a whatsapp late the afternoon that it’s happening. This is despite asking to please be told in advance when this will take place. Do not trust these people in your time of need.

A company that shows no care for those left behind. I never received service as bad as what I received from the Midstream branch of this company. I am very unhappy because you guys didn't allow me to speak with the guy that do the autopsy on my mother it is unacceptable and even Sonja didn't come back to me after I request information from me

Fraudulent documents. Don’t call back after leaving messages. When you do hear from them it’s via voice note on WhatsApp. Slow services. Staff don’t communicate with each other. Asks you if you had done the viewing a week after viewing has been done. Asks if you want a cremation after you said yes weeks ago. Asks same questions but days later. Don’t keep you updated. Don’t want to correct their mistakes. Makes empty promises. Bills you for everything that you didn’t do or ask for. When you lodge a complaint management does not know what’s going on and gets other clueless staff to call you back days later. A loved one that has passed away is just a number to them and they brag about it!
