Please do you research before you decide to use this Gap cover big promises that they don't deliver on. Much better option in the market
Having the unfortunate opportunity to deal with this company as part of the closure of a deceased estate. Would never recommend them to anyone they are disrespectful in their response. Have found them to have no customer care at all.
Really bad experience with this company ending up costing us money. Think twice before using them, they all good and helpful at the start till something goes wrong then they very quick to shift blame and not take responsibility.
A company that shows no care for those left behind. I never received service as bad as what I received from the Midstream branch of this company. A company that is suppose to help the people left behind showed zero care. They did not deliver on what was paid for, for the memorial stuff arrived basically as the proceedings started. Was not even given the decency on a single days notification to the cremation of our loved one just a whatsapp late the afternoon that it’s happening. This is despite asking to please be told in advance when this will take place. Do not trust these people in your time of need.
Tried to do an upgrade through the vodacom online site. Asked for assistance via live chat the agent basically said to me go search for it yourself. Great work Phumzile
Worst service I've received to date from a company. We moved our domain to 1-grid in Dec last year and kept paying them the monthly fees only to discover that they were not actually hosting the site at all. When we tried to query it no one wants to fix the accounting and refund us for the time they did not host the site. Has been an ongoing struggle for a number of months. Log a ticket and get a 1 ring call then they close the ticket saying call made no answer ticket resolved. Managed to eventually speak to an agent in the billing department who then told me they would investigate the matter and call me back still waiting and again ticket logged but no action. DON'T ever use this company.
The service is 0/10 they advised that they would supply us with a quote for printer repair, a week later and still no quote despite having tried to contact them a number of times. They don't answer their phone and don't return calls. Shocking service would not recommend them at all.
<p>Seems MWeb really has no concern with customer service.</p> <p>I applied for Fibre through MWeb on 28Feb and still nothing I have tried to email the consultant I worked with he doesn't bother responding. I've contacted MWeb customer care privately on Facebook and all they do is tell me the problem will get escalate. I'm annoyed at the fact that I have to keep following up with you. This is after you confirmed that it will take about 2 weeks it has now been 3 months. REALLY????? Do you care that little about customer service.</p>
