I have recently bought a pair of Sony Headphones. The headphone has an issue on one of the fixtures on the one side of the headphone. I googled this issue and found that there is a rework on this from SONY. I then e-mailed customersupportza@sonymusic.com SEVERAL times however no reply. I am now stuck with a new BROKEN set of headphones for more than 3 months.
