Almost R2000-00 lost with Sophies Footwear - Scam.

The worst online service I have seen, I wish someone can please investigate this company, ordered 1x pair of shoes in March and also due to discount feature on order I unintentionally ordered 2x pairs of shoes, I was told that the "team" has already processed the order and I cannot reverse the one pair! Now in May and still no shoes, and no reply to my messenger and FB comments. This is a scam and needs to be investigated. I lost almost R2000-00!
