Do not buy from this company
I recently bought shoes from SOPHIES FOOTWEAR SOUTH AFRICA and the shoes are too small, and the buckle doesn't close. I have asked to return them, and they say they won't return items on sale. However, their items are always on sale. They are not a South African company as they make out to be, and the sizes are all incorrect as the products come from China. They refuse to return the item or refund me, and the quality of the shoes is also terrible. I would definitely not recommend this company!!!!!

Do not buy from this company
I recently bought shoes from SOPHIES FOOTWEAR SOUTH AFRICA and the shoes are too small, and the buckle doesn't close. I have asked to return them, and they say they won't return items on sale. False advertising scamsters, don't buy
This company claims to be South African, they are not. I was charged an foreign exchange fee when my payment showed up on statement. The shoes took 4 weeks instead of 7 to 14 days. When shoes arrived they were cheap plastic, nothing like pictures in shop, both pairs were wrong size, one too small, one too big. When I looked up return policy, shoes on sale no returns. All their shoes are on sale!! These shoes cost me R600 a pair, on sale. This place needs to be shut down.

Scam or poor customer service
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in the beginning of March and until now I have not received any thing. I have wrote many emails asking for help but nothing has come of it, all I get is an apology for the delay and promise to ship my order with a tracking number that has not changed/move since 31/03/2022. Please help me

Stay away from Sophies Footwear SA
Scam!! I ordered shoes on the 24/04 under the impression they were SA based. When I realised they werent, I tried to cancel the order within 3 hours of placing the order(website says cancellations accepted within 12 hours) I got a email saying the goods were already dispatched!!! To date I have received nothing, no response to emails or complaints etc. Absolutely ridiculous that scam companies get away with scamming people of their hard earned money

Horrid Horrid Company
Absolutely horrid. Horrid quality shoes. An absolute rip-off and I am shocked that Facebook allows them to trade. They are misleading, they misrepresent themselves and they are literally conning people on a daily basis.

Almost R2000-00 lost with Sophies Footwear - Scam.
The worst online service I have seen, I wish someone can please investigate this company, ordered 1x pair of shoes in March and also due to discount feature on order I unintentionally ordered 2x pairs of shoes, I was told that the "team" has already processed the order and I cannot reverse the one pair! Now in May and still no shoes, and no reply to my messenger and FB comments. This is a scam and needs to be investigated. I lost almost R2000-00!

Not worth the money and effort.
After waiting for well over a month for our shoes the be delivered,(stating 3-15 working days)we finally received it only to very unhappy with the quality of the shoes. Not only does it look and feel completely different to the discription it is not good quality as stated. The inner soles provided for the one pair doesn't even fit into the shoes. After numerous emails,messenger and post on their facebook page we are yet the receive any feedback from them. Truely the worst customer care service.

I bought shoes from this online store on 22 March 2022. It has still not been delivered (02 May 2022). Tracking numbers provided have do not exist and customer service has not been helpful. I believe that this is a scam. Do not purchase from this online store. The email address for customer service is sophiesandalssa@gmail.com

I bought shoes from this online store on 22 March 2022. It has still not been delivered (02 May 2022). Tracking numbers provided have do not exist and customer service has not been helpful.
