We order groceries on 26 April 2024. Promptly the next day received a email order packed will be handed to courier. Wow to good to be true....oh yes!! Today 13 May after numerous emails and whatsapp customer care messages I had to phone the customer care number and track my own parcel. As i'm till waiting in feedback from anyone at Makro. This was supposed to be delivered within 2-5 working days.Only to receive the message it will be delivered via Value Express 14 May 2024 in the late afternoon. Take note it was confirmed they(Value Express )received it 10 May(the day it was supposed to be delivered) . This is our second and absolutely last time we will be ordering from Makro (P.E) our closest Makro unfortunately. Worst service in history!!
After waiting for well over a month for our shoes the be delivered,(stating 3-15 working days)we finally received it only to very unhappy with the quality of the shoes. Not only does it look and feel completely different to the discription it is not good quality as stated. The inner soles provided for the one pair doesn't even fit into the shoes. After numerous emails,messenger and post on their facebook page we are yet the receive any feedback from them. Truely the worst customer care service.
