We had a break in on the early hours of Monday morning - 2 weeks ago. Our alarm triggered a power fail alert ( the intruders had flipped the mains power switch on the Friday ) SOS Secuity Edenvale did not call to report the power failure, nor send a vehicle. The problem experienced is that when I phoned the owner Alex to discuss what the problem was and why I was not notified, she responded saying must she also wipe my bum!!! She then proceeded to hang up the call. Never in my life have I been so abused and shouted at by a service provider., Really Really appalling. and terribly disappointing. On calling back, she further shouted and raised her voice. Disgusting whilst trying to deal with the trauma of a break in!!!!
