Anger management needed for owner SOS Security Edenvale
We had a break in on the early hours of Monday morning - 2 weeks ago. Our alarm triggered a power fail alert ( the intruders had flipped the mains power switch on the Friday ) SOS Secuity Edenvale did not call to report the power failure, nor send a vehicle. The problem experienced is that when I phoned the owner Alex to discuss what the problem was and why I was not notified, she responded saying must she also wipe my bum!!! She then proceeded to hang up the call. Never in my life have I been so abused and shouted at by a service provider., Really Really appalling. and terribly disappointing. On calling back, she further shouted and raised her voice. Disgusting whilst trying to deal with the trauma of a break in!!!!

Thankful for SOS.
Everything about the company is just amazing. I live alone with my child and I've had so many incidents of wall jumpers and ******s while i was with Mamba . Yet SOS was always the first ones on scene, helping me where they can and saving our lives. I will forever be grateful and honored to know that there are actually people out there who try.

Excellent service
Sos is an amazing service provider.I signed up with Sos in 2020 after I encountered a horrific robbing in my area,I was with Mamba at the time and Sos was the first to respond after this incident I didnt think twice and I signed with with sos.It was truly the best decision I could make to keep my family safe.I have been with them for 5 years now and never have I have a bad view of them.Thank you Sos for bringing safety back to my family.I couldn't be more happy with your service

Sos is an amazing service provider.I signed up with Sos in 2020 after I encountered a horrific robbing in my area,I was with Mamba at the time and Sos was the first to respond after this incident I didnt think twice and I signed with with sos.It was truly the best decision I could make to keep my family safe.I have been with them for 5 years now and never have I have a bad view of them.Thank you Sos for bringing safety back to my family.I couldn't be more happy with your service

Excellent service until you sign the contract and they take your money. 3 months later after following up with their sales lady numerous times, I have had no response or feedback. Today I lay a complaint on their own group, I get blocked and get threatening calls from the owner. The owner is rude, arrogant and has an extremely bad attitude, she even went as far as telling me to go run in traffic. I told her to just give my initial fee back and we will part ways, to which her response was i must take them to court! She argues that they quoted me on installing a new system which I didn't need because I have a brand new un-installed system that they say is apparently not working, how do they know that? She blames me for not following up with them, of which I did follow up with their sales person, but since when is it the clients responsibility to follow up with a company you expect service from?! Wish I had read the reviews here before signing anything with them.

If only I had read the reviews on Hellopeter before proceeding with this company. The after sales service is horrible. Alex Gagiano is an arrogant, narcissistic, and absolutely vulgar person.
