If only I had read the reviews on Hellopeter before proceeding with this company. The after sales service is horrible. I asked for a manager to come see regarding an issue I had and needed clarity but no one got back to me. After 3 month's I then asked a question on the SOS 24/7 group platform where I saw other client's complaints and I was removed immediately with the owner calling and swearing me. Alex Gagiano is an arrogant, narcissistic, and absolutely vulgar person.
I booked 2 chalets at the Emerald resort from the 11th to the 13th September, the one chalet fridge didnt close and tv wasnt working. The other chalets was dirty, I moved one of the single beds closer to the other bed and there were used ******s under the bed which I had to sweep and clean. Absolutely pathetic, I did report it to Princess at the reception but I haven't heard from them. I will never recommend Emerald resort to anyone.
<p>In April 2016, I was reviewing my insurance policy with Outsurance that I've had for +-7 years claim free. Last year I received my outbonus so never really had issues with outsurance until I called for them to review my premium as I was getting a better premium from discovery insure. I'm not sure whom I spoke to but this lady said she will call me back with regards to a better premium so I did miss her call as I was extremely busy at that stage. So without informing me or leaving a voice msg or e-mail, they go and cancel my insurance & I don't check my debit orders all the time, I only found out in August that the outsurance debit order wasn't going through & when I called to query this, the call centre guy said it was cancelled on the 29th of April already so I requested a manager to call me back with proof of me cancelling my insurance which he said the turn around time is 48 hours & no one has gotten back to me. Outsurance has gone seriously pathetic & I will never deal with such an unproffesional company again.</p>
I have my Home loan bond with Standard Bank for the past 8 years now & have had disappointing service esp when there is an insurance claim, the people they appoint to do their work is totally unprofessional. Two years ago, my garage motor got blown due to lightning & the people working with this took their own time fixing or replacing it, I still had patience with regards to that, but recently when there was hail damage to my veranda roof & outbuilding roof in November 2015, they appointed builders \Wilcon International\". Firstly I had to wait till the 27th Of January 2016 for them to come out &
On Thursday the 10th of December 2015, I purchased 2 trays of chicken breasts, the expiry date was still within time frame. I went home to cook one tray & when I opened it to cut it, the smell was so revolting that my husband smelt it 2 rooms away from the kitchen. I put it back in a packet & instantly took it back to pick n pay, spoke to the manager on duty ( a black male, didn't get his name) told him what happened and as he opened the packet he could also smell it but just asked me if I want something else or a refund, I said do you expect me to buy chicken from you again after this, he just turned to the cashier to refund me & not even an apology.<br> <br> I will never support Pick n Pay on Terrace Road again.
