I bought a Samsung 32L microwave online, delivered 10th March, on the 11th April i had to take it in to Game Festival mall as it stopped working. Apart from the lady at the desk being incredibly uninterested in assisting, they advised me 21 working days for repair....firstly that's longer than I actually owned the microwave, Secondly the microwave is brand new, I don't want a repaired microwave. The Monday morning I phoned Samsung, they advised the microwave must be an assess and exchange, phoned Game repair centre and advised them of this and they said it will be a week. Tuesday 22nd April I called to get feedback, the guy told me he will call the supplier to get feedback and call me back, of course I received no feedback. I have been trying to call them now yesterday and today but nobody even answers the phone!! This is the most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced and I will NEVER buy another product from Game ever again. I want my microwave!!!!
Excellent service until you sign the contract and they take your money. 3 months later after following up with their sales lady numerous times, I have had no response or feedback. Today I lay a complaint on their own group, I get blocked and get threatening calls from the owner. The owner is rude, arrogant and has an extremely bad attitude, she even went as far as telling me to go run in traffic. I told her to just give my initial fee back and we will part ways, to which her response was i must take them to court! She argues that they quoted me on installing a new system which I didn't need because I have a brand new un-installed system that they say is apparently not working, how do they know that? She blames me for not following up with them, of which I did follow up with their sales person, but since when is it the clients responsibility to follow up with a company you expect service from?! Wish I had read the reviews here before signing anything with them.
The ladies of Isabella Garcia are always willing to help you, doesn't matter what it is. They give you the feeling that they actually care about you. I have been a member for yours and as long as I can afford it I will always be.
The store has no working aircon and it was extremely stuffy and hot, I actually gave up looking for shoes for my son cos I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Unfortunately I still had to pay for the tekkies my daughter needs desperately for school, and guess what.....4 people standing behind the tills but ONE TILL OPEN!! So then we end up standing in a queue waiting to pay in the stuffy heat, UNBELIEVABLE!! I actually buy a lot of stuff from Jet but am changing my mind because clearly customers are not top of the list when it comes to priorities!
Unfortunately Kempton Gate is the closest store to me so I always go there. Today I went through with my friend who stays in Norkem Park, she even turned around and told me she has never been to a pick n pay with such miserable, uninterested and unhelpful staff!! This is not the first time I have complained about this on Hello Peter, my friend turned around and asked me why I even shop there!! Firstly I got a call about my BP fuel card and told it will be at the store in 10 days, it's been 3 weeks, I went to the info desk and got told \I don't know anything about it"regrettably they called the store manager to assist who just told me the same thing. There is a serious lack of training and motivation in that store! Lastly they have NO STICKEES"

I cancelled my policy with Outsurance and was told i would receive my premium back on the 15th of June. Today is the 22nd and still received nothing so i called them, now they telling me it takes 30 days to process the refund! This is ridiculous, it doesnt take 30 days for them to process taking the premium! I now used other money i had expecting my premium back on the 15th and now i am stuck, that money was to go towards getting my petrol for the week until pay day, do you expect me to go to my employer and tell them i cant get to work as you guys didnt pay me my money back!! Your call centre lady told me i will get my money the 15th, now somebody better make a plan and give me MY MONEY back this week and not the 2nd of July! I work in an industry where we deal with insurance companies and their clients, this is disgusting and pathetic!
I bought almost 4kgs of mince on Sunday, the mince was full of pieces of bone. I went to their online page and put this on their contact page. Nobody even bothers to contact me. They don't care maybe that my kids are eating their meat? I honestly thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt to contact me about it first before I make this public, they didn't even try take that chance! Their mince is the only mince I buy because I have found theirs to be better, I was taken aback with this mince I bought. I am honestly considering spending more and buying elsewhere like Woolworth's, at least I know it will be edible!
I went on their website and requested a call me back, which they did. An appointment was made with the call centre lady for this evening at 17:30 for this Carol women to come for a quotation and explain their products to me. We normally cook dinner and bath the kids early, firstly because its cold and I don't want them to get sick but also because they have an early bedtime and I don't like them eating directly before bed. Tonight I thought we will wait until ADT left, eventually after no one came by 18:30 we started making dinner and bath the kids! Let's hope for clients who are with them that their response time and interest in protecting you isn't as bad as their interest to meet their booking appointments! The funny thing is I actually got recommended to your company by a family member who said you are worth it! I'm actually questioning her judgement as well and will make her aware of your lack of interest!
I went online and sent a call me back to Mutual and Federal, within half an hour I had call from a lady telling me a representative will give me a call and within another half an hour Lindsay Nong gave me a call. The quotation process was quick, efficient and informative. A lot of people told me they are expensive but service is great, I must be honest I got a cheaper quote from them than anywhere else and the excess is very low. Thank you Lindsay your service and attitude was excellent and you definitely helped me make my decision due to your efficient and friendly service.
