Why Multichoice use the incompetent people to do work for them i do not know. We where scheduled for installation on 9 August 9 am (public holiday) but 9 am came and gone. Called but no answer. Phoned today at 7 : 45 am to arrange for the installation today just to hear that the installers all left already. Multichoice promise installation 5 to 10 working days . We are on day 11 now. According to these people they tried to call on fryday, saterday and this morning and did not get hold of us... but we did not receive any calls... getting annoyed and irritated i recieve a **** attitude form Helen Mashishi so called manager of sos lifestyle av and causea lot of problems for multichoice. If this is thier manager they are going to encounter a lot of problems. I called early to arrange for installation as we are waiting two weeks already where we the first request was made the 30th July. We are reporting SOS LIFESTYLE AV to multichoice and expect action to be taken against them.
