To save your self a lot of trouble please don't use Tracker. After numerous calls reporting a divice that only updates and work when I decides to work and no effort from tracker to replace the thing. Quick to debit you but no effort to ensure effective service. Bee. With them over 5 years and considering to cancel and rather use a tracking company that actually works and are consistent.

So let me begin. my debit order date is the 21st of every month. i got a new job and because i resigned i will get paid on the 31st (on the last working day of the notice month). i am a private client (paying a fee for a private banker) and notified him (Sibusiso Mbatha) of the changes and asked him to move my personal loan and vehicle debit order date from the 21st to the 31st (or last working day of the month) due to the fact that my salary will only be paid in on the last working day. so all of a sudden i get calls from MFC that my account is in areas with 5K for May (but my instalment was paid in April) and they want to debit me the 31st of may for the arears amount and then on the 1st of June again for the instalment. HOW IS THAT POSIBLE THAT MY ACCOUNT IS IN AREARS IF THE INSTALMENT GOES OFF EVERY MONTH ON THE 21ST??? AND ON ONE MONTH JUST ON A DIFFRENT DAY??? And i am sure there will be issues with my insurance (with Nedbank as well) and the personal loan. Sad that i pay for this service to have a private banker but as useless as can come!!
I bought a 2018 Kawasaki zzr1400 "Ohlins" from fire it up in bryanston for R209 888.00 in october 2022. in june 2023 i wanted to trade the motorcycle in on a 2018 suzuki gsxr1000. the dealer manager notified me that my Kawasaki zzr1400 is NOT a 2018 Ohlins but a 2013 ABS. I have contacted 4 kawasaki dealers and ran a vin check confirming its a 2013 model. on the OTP and contract it states 2018 kawasaki zzr 1400 Ohlins. the retail price of a 2013 Kawasaki zzr1400 ABS is R156 000.00. Fire it up sold that bike to me at a price of a 2018 Ohlins. i have sent all the evidence to the ombudsman and lodged a complain on the 3rd of July and the 5th of July i received their judgment playing into the dealers favour. before i lodged a complain with the ombudsman i seeked advise from Legalwize who agreed with me that the dealer committed *****. i am convinced some of the dealers if not all have this ombudsman in their back pocket like Mr Craig Langton from fire it up as he was more that willing to start a enquiry knowing the ombudsman will play in his favour.

The level of service you will recieve from this team from the moment you walk in up to the moment you take delivery of your motorcycle is unmatched. The owner Jarrod is a true honest gentleman with high values. You will know exactly what you are buying and the quality is exceptional. You will not regret buying your freedom from this team. They really are the best with great values and the best in the country . You can not go wrong. Pay them a visit and you will see exactly what I mean.

Why Multichoice use the incompetent people to do work for them i do not know. We where scheduled for installation on 9 August 9 am (public holiday) but 9 am came and gone. Called but no answer. Phoned today at 7 : 45 am to arrange for the installation today just to hear that the installers all left already. Multichoice promise installation 5 to 10 working days . We are on day 11 now. According to these people they tried to call on fryday, saterday and this morning and did not get hold of us... but we did not receive any calls... getting annoyed and irritated i recieve a **** attitude form Helen Mashishi so called manager of sos lifestyle av and causea lot of problems for multichoice. If this is thier manager they are going to encounter a lot of problems. I called early to arrange for installation as we are waiting two weeks already where we the first request was made the 30th July. We are reporting SOS LIFESTYLE AV to multichoice and expect action to be taken against them.

We are scheduled for today 9am 9 August by installer Sean Druker (sean@soslifestyleav.co.za) the installer is unprofessional where he doesn't call to inform us whats going on or answer his phone when we call. Please get competent people with basic manners to do work for you. If that guy doesn't come today consider this contract canceled.
