Shanette at Soukop Umhlanga

This review is not on Soukop property group itself but a member of staff by the name of Shanette. She is extremely rude as well as an *********** ****. I had told her I needed to be refunded she informed me payment would be done i was told payments are done on Thursday's which I accepted she said she would be doing my processing my payment for this week which I expected to be done.This was the second week payment was promised and not done she blamed the creditor. I informed her superior who is also one of the owners. I call to follow up with Shanette and she became rude it was because I had informed her boss, it is quite clear its because she was exposed for incompetence as well as rude and unprofessional behavior. If it were possible to give a zero star rating I would. She shouldn't be in that company as she's not fit to handle such a simple matter. Once again I reiterate my complaint is not about soukop but with this particular staff member. Shanette.
