Poor Service
If I could give zero stars I would. I utilised the services of Soutkop Bluff to manage my property and made the biggest mistake by doing so. The management started in September 2024 and to date I have not received a monthly statement from Soutkop. The municipality bill was paid by the tenant and was not paid to me resulting in over 5 months non payment of the municipal bill which made me get my attorneys involved. The agent eventually agreed that she owed me the money and upon paying the money she promptly removed her services as the managing agent. Ultimately I managed my own property, had to deal with an attorney whilst still paying for the Soutkop services. Stay away avoid using their services, you just may regret it.

Stay Away from these!
Give these guys a wide berth! Absolute *****ed and shameless - will lie and cheat to get money off you. We had dealings with the Soukop team in SeaPoint, Cape Town (specifically Gemma and Andreas), and from having dealt with real estate agents in many countries across the globe, I must say that this team comes out at the bottom of the pile. Disgraceful and should not be allowed the have any real estate licensing at all. We were renting a place and these guys tried to trick the landlord, then us and then during the actual lease they did not deliver on any of the service that they, by contract, were supposed to be doing - leaving it it up to us to hash out and fight with landlord. And then at moving out they tried to blame all manner of issues on us - issues they should have addressed, as per agreement, during the leasing period. I.e. they were basically non-existent during the lease period but very happy and eager to come take money off you. Again - STAY CLEAR OF THEM!

Shanette at Soukop Umhlanga
This review is not on Soukop property group itself but a member of staff by the name of Shanette. She is extremely rude as well as an *********** ****. I had told her I needed to be refunded she informed me payment would be done i was told payments are done on Thursday's which I accepted she said she would be doing my processing my payment for this week which I expected to be done.This was the second week payment was promised and not done she blamed the creditor. I informed her superior who is also one of the owners. I call to follow up with Shanette and she became rude it was because I had informed her boss, it is quite clear its because she was exposed for incompetence as well as rude and unprofessional behavior. If it were possible to give a zero star rating I would. She shouldn't be in that company as she's not fit to handle such a simple matter. Once again I reiterate my complaint is not about soukop but with this particular staff member. Shanette.

As Small Business owners of a Property Inspection company, we had the very unfortunate experience of being contracted by the Soukops in Seapoint to do inspections for them, not only did they *********ly request inspections be done post tenants' occupation, but we also struggled multiple times to be paid for our services- and are still unpaid for our services. Honour and moral ethics are in short supply at the Soukops Agency- Based on our awful experience as service providers I would strongly advise to avoid dealing with them- Some might say this is the wrong platform, but it is very clear that a plethora of others felt this was the right platform to highlight the manner in which this group conducts themselves. It is a shame that we were not knowledgeable enough in the realm of law and tried to take them to small claims court. fortunately, small claims court is not the only court of law.

Outstanding Service
I recently leased my property in Fresnaye through Soukop Property Group, with Gemma and Andreas Soukop as my agents. What incredible service I received from them. They were professional and kept me informed every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend them

Outstanding Service
I recently leased my property in Fresnaye through Soukop Property Group, with Gemma and Andreas Soukop as my agents. What incredible service I received from them. They were professional and kept me informed every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend them
