I recently purchased women’s clothing online from Truworths and was extremely disappointed to discover that the items delivered were clearly worn. The garments were dirty and had a noticeable body odour. This is completely unacceptable. This is not the first time we have experienced issues of this nature. As customers, we pay premium prices at Truworths with the expectation of receiving new, clean and high-quality merchandise. Receiving items that appear used reflects very poorly on your quality control processes. It is deeply concerning that such incidents continue to occur. Furthermore, it is disheartening to see numerous complaints on HelloPeter with little to no meaningful response from Truworths. Customers should not have to question whether they are receiving new or previously worn clothing when purchasing online from a reputable retailer.
Terrible service. Waiting 4 days for a technician to come out. Just excuse after excuse. If this was during school time I would have been totally inconvenienced as my kids are home schooled. The watsap chats are totally useless where they take forever to reply. Useless network provider and I would definitely not recommend them.
If I could give zero stars I would. I utilised the services of Soutkop Bluff to manage my property and made the biggest mistake by doing so. The management started in September 2024 and to date I have not received a monthly statement from Soutkop. The municipality bill was paid by the tenant and was not paid to me resulting in over 5 months non payment of the municipal bill which made me get my attorneys involved. The agent eventually agreed that she owed me the money and upon paying the money she promptly removed her services as the managing agent. Ultimately I managed my own property, had to deal with an attorney whilst still paying for the Soutkop services. Stay away avoid using their services, you just may regret it.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address in Durban due to incorrect information loaded online. After following up with Makro the parcel has now been delivered free of charge to Lydenburg. Excellent service from Makro.
A booking was made and confirmed and deposits paid to Pushka Farm in Magaliesburg. After traveling over 4 hours to get to the accomodation we are told at 20.30pm upon arrival that night that the booking was cancelled and other people have been given our accommodation. All this without informing us. Rooms for Africa were unreachable and only responded to mails after the weekend ended. Nobody has taken responsiblity for what transpired, they will sit back and behave like you are the problem whilst expecting you to cover the costs of places you did not book for. There are many booking sites make use of them as you will find yourself sleeping on the streets with your kids with Rooms for Africa or be placed where it suits them not you. Well not suites them actually as you won't be able to reach them when you stuck.
What a useless company to deal with. I took out a contract in July and was issued 4 SIM cards on a single phone contract. I am now being billed for a second contract with Cell-C simply not removing the second contract from my bill. The company cares not to listen and will bill you irrespective, I can see why they on a downward slope. Terrible service.
I am reading a post below dated 23 March regarding a delinquent tenant and it seems this is the norm for Rawsons as the exact same thing just happened to me with Rawson Bluff Rental . Heste Swanepoel placed a tenant in my property in February 2023 after telling me the tenant was vetted and good to go without sharing their information with me. Only after 3 months of non payment and me insisting for the vetting details was it issued to me only to find the tenant had a F-Rating and should never have been placed in my flat. I am now left to deal with lawyers whilst Rawsons has just gone silent costing me thousands to retrieve money that they are responsible for me losing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THIS SEEMS TO BE THE NORM. GOD WILLING YOU READ THESE THESE THREADS BEFORE USING THEIR SERVICES.
I will be reporting this useless company as well as Direct Axis to the ombudsman for harrasment as they are 1 of the same. You will update a operator now and 5 Mins later you must deal with numerous calls for something you just dealt with. This is harrasment on another level. This is either done purposely or the workers simply don't know what they are doing. Maybe the ombudsman can get an explanation as to why this harrasment is taking place as the talking to them surely isn't working.
