Communication Errors
Good day, I have been trying to reach the above mentioned business phone and email, no response. The call, when you dial the number, it says you are not permitted to dial the number. How must you book a place without any correspondence. If anyone has an alternative option, to reach them, I will be grateful.

incorrect deductions from rental deposit
My daughter rented a student room from them in Stellenbosch. No move-in inspection was done however they are now trying to deduct from the deposit the costs for damage and re-painting that was caused by the previous tenant. When I queried this - they said they would come back to me and nothing for over a week. So far I've had NO deposit paid back - not even the reduced amount, and also no feedback. According to SA rental law - with no inspection they are not eligible to make the deductions. Irritating. I really could do without the hassle of taking them to the rental tribunal - but it is starting to look like I will have to. Avoid them if possible

Cannot get hold of anyone at this company !!! I am unable to delist my lodge that has closed. DO NOT MAKE BOOKINGS on this platform

Unable to contact Rooms for Africa telepathically on their contact number
Unable to reach them for assistance. Been on the line for an hour. No messages about operating hours or availability. Outright unacceptable.

Been trying to get a hold of their offices via e-mail as well as the supp**** tel number without any sucsess. seems as if there is not one person in the so called office. Realy a problem

Horrible Service
A booking was made and confirmed and deposits paid to Pushka Farm in Magaliesburg. After traveling over 4 hours to get to the accomodation we are told at 20.30pm upon arrival that night that the booking was cancelled and other people have been given our accommodation. All this without informing us. Rooms for Africa were unreachable and only responded to mails after the weekend ended. Nobody has taken responsiblity for what transpired, they will sit back and behave like you are the problem whilst expecting you to cover the costs of places you did not book for. There are many booking sites make use of them as you will find yourself sleeping on the streets with your kids with Rooms for Africa or be placed where it suits them not you. Well not suites them actually as you won't be able to reach them when you stuck.
