I am getting no response from this business. I have written several emails and reviews, nobody is responding. What a disappointing experience. Don't buy any products from them. They don't want to refund the money, only 30%. They want you to pay for the returning of the items. Those spectacles are not worth the money as you can't see out of them
I am still getting no response from the company. I have written several emails, no response. They want to offer me 30% back from my full payment. I want my full refund. They don't want to admit that they sent the wrong spectacles to me. I can't see anything out of them. They also don't go darker according to their adverti*****t. Very disappointed with the product and very disappointed with their None compliance. What a disappointing experience. Their customer care service is not responding. I will not recommend purchasing these spectacles.
I have written quite a few emails to the above, they are not responding. They only want to give me 30% back of the total amount. These spectacles are not what they advertised. When I asked to speak to someone higher up, they have ignored me now completely.
This company wants to give me 30% back on the amount that I paid for something that doesn't work. It's not the same product as advertised. You can't see anything through these spectacles. Supposed to go darker in the sun, nothing. After them contacting me, I wrote another email, to speak to someone higher up, no response again. I don't see why I must only get 30% back for somebody else's mistakes.
Hi, I bought self focus spectacles from the above mentioned company. It states buy 2 pairs and get 2 pairs free. Which I received. I tried them all, can't see anything through these spectacles. When I want to return them all, they say I have to pay for the return shipping costs. Why must I pay for that as they don't work, not for far or near. This is like a ****, as now when I ask why I have to pay for the return shipping, they are not responding. What a waste of time, waited so long to receive and very disappointed in the product. This is not acceptable. Not even worth 1 star. Very bad advertising. Please return my money, as these spectacles are ****.
Good day, I have been trying to reach the above mentioned business phone and email, no response. The call, when you dial the number, it says you are not permitted to dial the number. How must you book a place without any correspondence. If anyone has an alternative option, to reach them, I will be grateful.
I am still waiting for the relevant department to contact me for my scratches. Sorry don't cut the deal. You people can't even hear the phone or see the messages. What a shame. Poor poor poor service.
They don't deserve any stars when it comes to scratch and dent cover. On the 15th of December 2025, they were supposed to put me in contact with the relevant department. Up to now, nobody has responded to me. When it comes to fixing scratch claim, everyone dissappears and dont hear back from them again. What a shame, the pride themselves in other areas, but not with the scratch and dent policy. Paid my money for nothing for over a year. Disgrace to the community. Ripping people off like this. Pity no one wants to respond.
Hi, On the 2nd of December 2025, I scratched the left bumper and corner of the fender. I was going into a garage, the street was quite narrow, so I went to far to the left and hit the steps on the side. I put in the claim at 1st for women. It was reviewed and the claim was not accepted. As I also have a scratch and dent policy with them. Tried phoning on Friday, 2 people could hear me, the 3rd person could not hear me, said I must call back. What a joke, if you could not hear me the 1st time, how are you going to hear me the 2bd time???? I pay these policies every month since November 2024. Request a call back, no response. Poor service coming from an insurance policy that doesn't want to pay out the claim.
Last week Friday the 11th of July 2025, I bought a Black Forest Gateau cake from Woolworths. Got home and after cutting it open, found hardly any cream and it was very dry. I was so disappointed in the cake as I had visitors over for coffee and cake and had this disappointment. They charge so much and can't even get enough cream into the dry cake. What a shame!!! I contacted Woolworths customer service, they said an agent will be in contact, but nobody has responded. What a disgrace to the Woolworths name. People can't answer emails and can't give any feedback. Don't buy that expensive dry cake with hardly any cream in it.
