As Small Business owners of a Property Inspection company, we had the very unfortunate experience of being contracted by the Soukops in Seapoint to do inspections for them, not only did they *********ly request inspections be done post tenants' occupation, but we also struggled multiple times to be paid for our services- and are still unpaid for our services. Honour and moral ethics are in short supply at the Soukops Agency- Based on our awful experience as service providers I would strongly advise to avoid dealing with them- Some might say this is the wrong platform, but it is very clear that a plethora of others felt this was the right platform to highlight the manner in which this group conducts themselves. It is a shame that we were not knowledgeable enough in the realm of law and tried to take them to small claims court. fortunately, small claims court is not the only court of law.
