I have purchased an electronic voucher online on their company's website for R850. Unfortunately the voucher file was corrupted and I could not open it at all in order for me to print it. I have sent it to other people as well but without success. I contacted the company who ensured me that they will send me a working voucher by the end of the day. By close of business I have not received anything. I contacted them the next day and told them that if they cannot deliver me with a voucher the same day (as it was a birthday gift the next morning) I will ask for a refund. They promised me with heart and soul I will get my voucher. Despite emails and follow up calls I did not get anything and the reception lady whom I have had contact with apparently left the office already. I asked for a refund and after two weeks have not heard anything. I eventually had to go to another company for a similar voucher. This company puts their customers last. I mean, how hard can it be to regenerate my voucher?
