My home assistant has an account with Soulmate Olympus Bank for the past 12 months. In July, Soulmate Olympus Bank, which is a Zimbabwean Bank, operating in SOuth Africa, changed its bank account details without informing its customers.
As an employer, I paid my assistant's salary on the 31st of July 2025. To date, she has not received her payment from Soulmate Olympus Bank- despite sending them proof of payment and numerous whatsapp messages. She has requested proof of payment from them - showing the refund to my bank account,
