My home assistant has an account with Soulmate Olympus Bank for the past 12 months. In July, Soulmate Olympus Bank, which is a Zimbabwean Bank, operating in SOuth Africa, changed its bank account details without informing its customers. As an employer, I paid my assistant's salary on the 31st of July 2025. To date, she has not received her payment from Soulmate Olympus Bank- despite sending them proof of payment and numerous whatsapp messages. She has requested proof of payment from them - showing the refund to my bank account, Is Soulmate Olympus a **** BANK? Soulmate Olympus Bank contact details- 063 9445086 (whatsapp number). I am a commercial property landlord in Randburg. In Sept 2024 City Power reconfigured electricity meters on the property. Since Oct2024 the amount paid to me from Citiq has been LESS than municipal electricity account. I have done an audit on tampered meters as well as managing **** electricity tokens used by tenants, In spite of this , in April 2025 the amount received from Citiq was R25K less than City Power account, Citiq has failed to explain underpayment to me.

I flew on Safair out of Dbn on 24 July at 9.40pm. Flight FA 399. I was issued a boarding pass in the name of another passenger and my bag was checked in under this passenger's name. I did not check my boarding pass. When I arrived in Jhb at 10.30pm, my bag did not arrive from Dbn. The lost baggage claims was closed. I contacted Flysafair today. I was informed was at Dbn airport. I asked to pay for my bag and my bag sent to Jhb. Flysafair says this is not possible and I am being blamed for the boarding pass being issued in the wrong name. Flysafair MANAGEMENT PLS RESPOND
NO REFUND_ I made a booking with David of Umdloti Letting on 19 May 2022. I paid for the booking on 20 May- on 21 May 2022- Natal experienced the second round of flooding. I called David on Tues- 24 May to enquire about electricity in Umdloti- he informed that the electricity was down in the area due to the flooding, I called again on Mon 30 May, and spoke to Inessa of Umdloti Letting who then informed me that the electricity was still down in the area. On Tues, 31 May, I spoke to David, the owner of Undloti Letting to request a refund for my booking. David informed me that he will NOT refund my money if the water is connected. David has no indication from the Municipality as to when water will be restored to Umdloti, I have booked from 15-19 June 2022- and I need to make alternate bookings. I am now OUT OF POCKET>
Impossible to get refund for a flight cancelled by Turkish Airlines out of JFK NY to Jhb. International call centre and USA office cannot help. Jhb office called telling us to come in to the Jhb office to get the refund. We arrived only to find the Jhb office is closed! How do we get our refund?
