I Purchased a Bose companion 5 set from Incredible connection about 2 years ago, wonderful speakers and never had any issues. about 6 months ago the volume/mute controller stopped functioning.<br> <br> I done some research and found out that a company called Sound Imports is the Local Repair center for BOSE in South Africa. Called the store and the Tech guy advised that he has a control panel in stock and we can test it on my unit.<br> <br> I was happy with that took my goodies in, later to find out that he does not have the correct one, (Me feeling confused as a employee from BOSE does not know their products???) anyway a week went buy and he advised that he will get the part in to test. 3 weeks later i called the store only to find out my unit has been sent to the Johannesburg branch for inspection and was advised i would get a call from Ricardo explaining the issue.<br> <br> Patiently waiting its now 2 months since my unit is in, no phone call no quote nothing? I call in to the Cape town branch only to find out that they are surprised at the fact that I haven't been called. Think Not.<br> <br> Called the other store, Ricardo is always busy, leave messages NO RETURN CALL. Will Never Do Business with BOSE again
