I purchased a Ghost Alarm from Soundlab Chatsworth about May/June 2019. I broke down on Tuesday 19 November. After contacting Soundlab was told "did you put in tbe right code". Took them an hour an a half before technician.arrived. He found that a wire was loose in the alarm. He removed the alarm and said I must go to Soundlab to get it fitted properly the next day. Please note that wires were hanging down abd dash wad left open. I went and again was told by the owner, Dex to wait. This is the norm when I go to Soundlab, hurry up and wait. After waiting 30 minutes, I found out that Dex had left the premises without assisting me (not the first time either). Sent Dex whatsapp messages of which he says I must "bare" with him as he is hectic. It is now Tuesday 26 November and still no response from Dex so I am still driving around with wires hanging from my dash. Their after service sucks or maybe it is because I am a woman.
