Can't get money Back

Good day on 10 February 2026 I bought a Bosch Airless sprayer from Sound Select online. after I paid, I saw that there is no warranty on this Item as it is an open box item and I phoned sound Select at 0114853639 spoke to a very nice lady and ask to cancel the order. She said that she will first send me pictures of the item and if I still don't want it, we can cancel the order as it is stuff they get from Takealot and everything is the box and there is nothing wrong just the box was opened, and it is unused. the next day she said that the box is very badly damaged, and I ask to cancel the order and not send it to me.

No here is where everything changed every time I phone, I get put on hold and transfer to up to 8 different persons and I do not get my money back. I do not know what operation this is, but I am waiting for two weeks to get my money back from Sound select.
